FAQ and fixes

The installer is only a few MB. Is that right?

Yes. AtlasRO_Setup.exe is a small web installer: it downloads the game (about 4.8 GB) while installing and checks every file. Keep your PC online until it finishes.

Setup says a download failed or a file is damaged

Run the installer again. A file that doesn't match its checksum is downloaded again. If it keeps failing on the same file, tell a GM which file it names.

The game shows errors like "cannot open ... No such file or directory"

The game folder is incomplete. Run the installer again into the same folder. It replaces the missing files.

I get disconnected a few seconds after entering the game

Another account is already playing from your internet connection. The message in the chat box tells you so. Only one game per connection is allowed: see Server rules. Shared house or internet cafe? Ask a GM to allow more games for your connection.

I can only open one game window

That is intended. The AtlasRO client opens one window per PC.

I forgot my password

Use Forgot your password? on the log in page. The reset link goes to the email address of your account.

Can I change the language?

Yes: type @language in game, or talk to the Atlas Guide in Prontera (155, 185). The website has its own EN / ID switch at the top right. Item descriptions in the game client are English for now.

My antivirus blocks the game

The game and launcher are not signed by a big publisher, so some antivirus programs are cautious. Only allow files you downloaded from this website. Never run an "AtlasRO" file someone sent you.
