Atlas Artisan
The Atlas Artisan in Prontera (170, 185) makes costumes and headgears you can only get on AtlasRO, from monster drops and Zeny. Pick a category, then an item: the window shows what you have (green) and what's still missing (red).
Crafted items can be traded. Costumes have no stats; headgears can be refined.
